The automatic self-cleaning filter adopts advanced equipment. Its filtering principle is mainly that when the sewage enters the filter, it is filtered through the filter screen, and the impurities in the sewage are trapped on the inner wall of the filter screen, and the impurities on the filter mesh are continuously increased. After the filter cake, a pressure difference is generated between the inlet and the outlet of the filter. When the pressure difference reaches a preset value, the differential pressure controller starts to operate, turns on the driving device, drives the brush to rotate, and the sewage outlet opens, the brush The impurities on the wall are rolled up, and under the action of the pressure difference between the water pressure and the external atmospheric pressure inside the filter and the eddy current generated by the rotation of the brush, the impurities are discharged through the sewage outlet; when the impurities are cleaned, the pressure difference disappears, and the control is performed. The system closes the drain valve and motor and the system returns to normal filtration. No downtime is required for cleaning. The entire process takes less than 60 seconds and the main flow is not interrupted because only a small portion of the clean water is shunted for backwashing.
 
The automatic self-cleaning filter will combine the sewage treatment and recycling, reduce the unnecessary cost, and the cost is at a minimum. The fully automatic self-cleaning filter truly reuses the reclaimed water! It alleviates the shortage of water resources in China. It has further promoted the transformation of China's urban water resources and improved the overall pace of China's economic development.
