First, waterproof and fireproof performance
In some production scenarios with higher requirements, the materials of automatic filtration equipment should also possess special properties such as water resistance and fire resistance; otherwise, their effectiveness will be reduced under certain humid and high-temperature conditions, and the overall structure is prone to damage. Therefore, it is very important to choose filter materials with good waterproof and fireproof performance.

Second, mechanical strength
Wherever filter materials are produced, crosslinking agents and resin binders are usually used to enhance strength. These methods can further enhance the mechanical strength of materials through the interaction of crosslinking agents with the groups in linear resins and glass fibers or the self-reaction of crosslinking agents. It is well known that self-cleaning filters have high requirements for the mechanical strength of materials, and the smaller the strength difference between the vertical and horizontal directions, the better. Therefore, filter materials with sufficient strength are very helpful in enhancing the stability of equipment during production, transportation, storage or use.

Third, process performance
The effective filtration area in the filter material of the screen filter is also very important. To increase the effective area and reduce air flow resistance, we can fold the filter material into a wavy shape, which is equivalent to improving its process performance. The improvement of folding resistance is also a very good enhancement of the filtration effect.

Fourth, use and maintenance instructions
1. Check whether the pressure gauge is working properly.

2. Check the pressure values of pressure gauge I and Pressure Gauge II. When the difference between the pressure values of the two pressure gauges exceeds 0.02gp, clean the filter screen. The cleaning method of the filter screen is as follows:

(1) Turn off the pump and stop water supply.

(2) Rotate the handle, remove the filter cover and take out the filter screen.

(3) Clean the filter screen.

(4) Check the condition of the O-rings and gaskets.

(5) Installation in place.

(6) Test the pressure with boiling water to check for any leakage and observe whether the pressure gauge reading is normal.
