The screen filter is a device that directly intercepts impurities in the medium liquid of water and oil, removes suspended solids and particles in water and oil, reduces turbidity, purifies water and oil quality, and reduces the generation of system dirt, bacteria, algae and rust, thereby purifying water, oil and other liquids and protecting the normal operation of other system equipment.

1. Structural features of the screen filter

The casing is made of carbon steel or stainless steel (304, 316L).

It is made of nitrile rubber material, featuring high strength and excellent sealing performance.

2. Working principle of the screen filter

Water enters the filter screen from the water inlet, first passing through the coarse filter core assembly to filter out large particle impurities, and then reaches the fine filter screen. After filtering out small particle impurities through a fine filter screen, clear water is discharged from the outlet. During the filtration process of the self-cleaning filter, impurities gradually accumulate in the inner layer of the fine filter screen, creating a pressure difference between the inner and outer sides of the filter screen. When the pressure difference of the screen filter reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process begins: the drain valve opens, and the hydraulic motor cavity and hydraulic cylinder of the main pipe assembly release pressure and water. The pressure in the hydraulic motor chamber and the sewage suction pipe has been greatly reduced. Due to the negative pressure effect of the screen filter, the dirt on the inner wall of the fine filter screen is absorbed through the suction nozzle, flows into the hydraulic motor chamber by the water screen filter force motor, and is discharged through the drain valve, forming a process of sewage suction. When the water flow of the screen filter passes through the hydraulic motor, it drives the sewage suction pipe to rotate, and the piston of the hydraulic cylinder drives the sewage suction pipe to move axially. The inner surface of the entire filter screen is completely cleaned through the combination of axial and rotational movements. The entire cleaning process will last for tens of seconds. When the cleaning is completed, the drain valve closes. The increased water pressure will cause the piston of the hydraulic cylinder to return to its initial position, and the screen filter begins to prepare for the next flushing cycle.

3. Scope of use and maintenance of screen filters:

This mesh filter is suitable for irrigation of vegetables, fruit trees, greenhouses, flowers, tea gardens, green Spaces and various crops in the fields.
