Key technical points To solve the above technical problems, technicians provided a cleaning screen filter. By cleaning the left end of the screen filter plate, it is convenient to remove the impurities adsorbed on the screen filter plate, improve the air permeability of the screen filter plate, enhance the filtration efficiency of the screen filter plate, prevent impurities from clogging the surface of the screen filter plate, and at the same time ensure that the air permeability performance of the filter reaches the normal value. To prevent the internal pressure of the filter from rising and causing damage to the filter when its air permeability is low, and to enhance its practicality and reliability. This easy-to-clean screen filter comprises a box body, an air inlet pipe, an air outlet pipe, a first support, a second support and a screen filter plate. A first cavity is provided inside the box body. The right end of the intake pipe and the left end of the exhaust pipe are respectively connected to the middle of the left end and the middle of the right end of the first cavity. It includes an installation plate, a first motor, a rotating shaft, a reducer, a transmission shaft, a first gear, a second gear, a lead screw, a fixed sleeve, a moving plate, a brush, a base and a fixed table. The top end of the reducer is connected to the bottom end of the transmission shaft, and the bottom end of the transmission shaft is connected to the middle of the bottom end of the first gear. The second gear is located above the box, and its right end meshes with the left end of the first gear. The bottom end of the second gear is connected to the top end of the screw, and the screw extends through the top end of the box to the lower side of the first cavity. The bottom end of the fixed sleeve is connected to the top of the box body. A threaded hole running through the middle of the moving plate is provided. The movable plate is screwed onto the outer wall of the lead screw through the threaded holes. The right end of the moving plate is connected to the left end of the mesh filter plate. The right end of the base is connected to the left side of the second bracket. The top right side of the base is higher than the left side.

Compared with the existing technology, the advantages of the above-mentioned mesh filter are as follows: when the first motor is turned on, the rotating shaft drives the reducer to rotate through the rotating shaft, the reducer drives the first gear to rotate through the transmission shaft, the second gear drives the lead screw to rotate, the lead screw drives the moving plate to move up and down through the threaded holes on the moving plate, the moving plate drives the brush to move up and down, and the right end of the brush cleans the left end of the mesh filter plate. So as to clean the impurities adsorbed on the left end of the mesh filter plate; By setting a fixed sleeve, it is convenient to support and fix the lead screw, thereby enhancing the firmness of the lead screw. By cleaning the left end of the screen filter plate, it is convenient to remove the impurities adsorbed on the screen filter plate, improve the air permeability of the screen filter plate, enhance the filtration efficiency of the screen filter plate, prevent impurities from clogging the surface of the screen filter plate, and at the same time ensure that the air permeability performance of the screen filter reaches the normal value and prevent the internal pressure of the filter from rising when the air permeability of the screen filter is low.
