【Summary】 Mesh filters are the general term for filters, corresponding to wire gap filters, glass fiber filters, etc. It is an indispensable device on the pipeline for transporting media. It is usually installed at the inlet end of pressure reducing valves, safety valves, constant water level valves or other equipment to eliminate impurities in the medium and protect the normal use of valves and equipment. When the fluid enters the filter element through a filter screen of a certain specification, its impurities are blocked, and the clean filtrate is discharged from the outlet of the filter. When cleaning is needed, simply remove the detachable filter element and reinstall it after processing. Therefore, it is very convenient to use and maintain.

Structural features of the screen filter:

The casing is made of carbon steel or stainless steel (304, 316L)

Mesh filter Scope of use

Filter screens are suitable for irrigation of various crops such as vegetables, fruit trees, greenhouses, flowers, tea gardens, green Spaces and fields. They are essential irrigation products for water conservation, energy saving, improving plant quality, enhancing product grades, maintaining ecological balance and benefiting the country and the people, as well as for the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.

The working principle of the screen filter

Water enters the screen filter from the inlet. First, it passes through the rough filter element assembly to remove large particle impurities, then reaches the fine filter. After the fine particle impurities are removed by the fine filter, the clear water is discharged from the outlet. During the filtration process of the self-cleaning filter, impurities in the inner layer of the fine filter gradually accumulate, creating a pressure difference on both the inner and outer sides of the screen filter. When the differential pressure of the screen filter reaches the set value, the automatic cleaning process begins. The sewage discharge valve opens, and the hydraulic motor chamber and hydraulic cylinder of the main components release pressure to discharge water. The pressure inside the hydraulic motor chamber and the sewage suction pipe drops significantly. Under the negative pressure of the screen filter, the dirt on the inner wall of the filter is sucked out by the suction nozzle. The water flows into the hydraulic motor chamber through the actuator motor of the water screen filter and is discharged from the sewage discharge valve, thus forming the process of suctioning sewage. When the water flow of the screen filter passes through the hydraulic motor, the sewage suction pipe rotates. The piston of the hydraulic cylinder moves the sewage suction pipe along the axial direction. The sewage suction assembly thoroughly cleans the entire inner surface of the filter through the combination of axial movement and rotational motion. The entire cleaning process lasts for tens of seconds. The discharge valve closes at the end of the cleaning process. The increased water pressure causes the piston of the hydraulic cylinder to return to its original position, and the screen filter begins to prepare for the next cleaning cycle.
