Installation method of screen filter

1. Before installing the filter. The clean room must be cleaned and wiped clean. If there is dust accumulation inside the air conditioning system, it should be cleaned and wiped again to meet the cleaning requirements. If the filter is installed on the technical mezzanine or ceiling. The technical mezzanine or ceiling should also be cleaned and wiped clean.

2. After the cleanroom and purification air conditioning system meet the cleaning requirements, The purification air conditioning system must be put into trial operation and run continuously for more than 12 hours. After cleaning and wiping the clean room again, install the filter immediately.

3. The transportation and storage of filters should be carried out in the direction indicated by the manufacturer. Handle with care during transportation to prevent severe vibration and collision.

4. Before installation, the filter must be unpacked at the installation site for visual inspection, including whether the filter paper, sealant and frame are damaged. Whether the side, diagonal and thickness dimensions meet the requirements; Whether there are burrs and rust spots on the frame (for metal frames); Is there a product qualification certificate? Check whether the technical performance meets the design requirements and then conduct a leak detection. Those that pass the inspection and leak detection should be installed immediately. When installing, the resistance of each filter should be reasonably allocated. When flowing in one direction. The difference between the rated resistance of each filter on the same air outlet or supply air surface and the average resistance of each filter should be less than 5%.

5. The frame for installing the filter should be smooth. The allowable deviation of the flatness of each filter mounting frame shall not exceed 1 millimeter.

6. When the sealing between the filter and the frame adopts methods such as gasket sealing, self-adhesive sealing, negative pressure sealing, liquid tank sealing, and double-ring sealing, the packing surface, filter frame surface, frame surface, and liquid tank must be wiped clean.

7. When installing the filter, the arrow on the outer frame should point in the direction of the air flow. When installed vertically, the crease seam of the filter paper should be perpendicular to the ground.
