1. High strength and low carbon stainless steel filter element
The filter element is composed of dual filters with coarse and fine precision. Through secondary filtration, it ensures the water quality requirements of users. The special filter structure can smoothly remove impurities during backwashing.

2. Fully automatic continuous water supply function

This machine can automatically blow air without stopping to remove impurities, ensuring the normal operation of the filter element and achieving the purpose of continuous supply of clean water.

3. Automatically identify the cleanliness of the filter

Due to the decline in the cleaning degree of the filter element, when the water pressure at the inlet and outlet reaches the set differential pressure, the backwashing filter and wastewater will automatically start to be discharged, thereby restoring the cleaning degree of the filter.

4. Larger filtration area and filtration space

At the same time, the suction cup is closely attached to the stainless steel partition, so the backflushing mechanism is durable.

7. The function of removing impurities

This machine is equipped with an automatic backwashing function and is fitted with a high-precision and sensitive differential pressure controller to monitor the pressure values entering and leaving the chambers. When the filter elements in the two chambers are blocked by slag and the pressure difference reaches the set value, the differential pressure controller outputs an electrical signal to start the backwashing system. After using this machine for a period of time, the solid substances accumulated at the bottom of the tank can be discharged from the bottom of the machine by a manual ball valve. When inspecting the equipment, the louver cover of the tank can also be opened to manually further clear the large garbage inside the tank.

8. Automatic cleaning function

The reverse blowing principle of this machine is advanced, that is, it uses its own water pressure for cleaning, so there is no need to separately configure compressed air and reverse blowing water systems.
