The filter adopts differential pressure control and position control to automatically clean the filter.

When the differential pressure of the inlet and outlet of the automatic backwash laminate filter reaches the set value or the timer preset time, the electrical control box sends a signal, the discharge valve opens (the flow guide valve is opened), and the impurities attached to the inner wall of the filter are further cleaned and discharged. When the flow guide valve is fully closed, the water is forced out of the filter inlet section and most of the net value flows out of the outlet. Part of the net value enters the filtrate from the outside of the filtrate. (Because the system is in a negative pressure state, the internal pressure of the filter is less than the external pressure) Backwash filter, the stainless steel body filter with special structure produces a spraying effect inside the filter, and any magazine drifts away from the smooth inner wall.

After the pressure difference between the filter inlet and outlet returns to normal or the timer set time is over, the electrical sewer valve closes and the flow guide valve opens. The entire flushing process system is operating normally without downtime.
