There is a sealed cavity inside the solenoid valve, with through holes opened at different positions. Each hole is connected to a different oil pipe. In the middle of the cavity is a piston, and on both sides are two electromagnets. When the coil of one of the electromagnets is energized, the valve body will be attracted to that side. By controlling the movement of the valve body, different oil discharge holes can be opened or closed, while the oil inlet hole is always open.

The hydraulic oil will enter different oil discharge pipes, and then the pressure of the oil will push the piston of the oil cylinder. The piston will then drive the piston rod, and the piston rod will drive the mechanical device. In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by regulating the on-off of the current in the electromagnet. When installing, it should be noted that the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium.

Do not install in places where water is dripping or splashing directly. The solenoid valve should be installed vertically upwards. The solenoid valve should ensure normal operation within a fluctuation range of 15% to 10% of the rated power supply voltage. After the solenoid valve is installed, there must be no reverse pressure difference in the pipeline.

It needs to be powered on several times to adapt to the temperature before it can be officially put into use. The pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned before installing the solenoid valve. The medium introduced should be free of impurities. Filter installed before the valve; When the solenoid valve malfunctions or is being cleaned, a bypass device should be installed to ensure the continuous operation of the system.
