The water solenoid valve can be used with water or liquid as the working medium, and can be mechanically automated or remotely operated to connect pipelines containing water, oil, liquid and other working substances. Because this valve uses gaskets, the cleanliness of the working medium is greatly reduced. It features rapid opening and closing and high safety.

Basic working principle

The water solenoid valve is a pilot-operated solenoid valve with secondary opening. Its structure mainly consists of a pilot valve and a distribution valve. The distribution valve adopts a sealing gasket structure. When in normal position, the core of the main activity seals the pilot valve port, the pressure inside the valve cavity is balanced, and the distribution valve port is closed. When the electromagnetic coil is connected to the power supply, the magnetic field force attracts the core of the main activity. The material in the inner cavity of the distribution valve leaks through the valve port, resulting in a pressure difference. The valve plate or valve cup is quickly lifted, the distribution valve port opens, and the valve becomes a channel. When the electromagnetic coil is powered off, the electromagnetic field fades, the core of the main activity is calibrated, the pilot valve port is closed, and the pressure in the inner cavity of the pilot valve and the distribution valve is balanced, the valve is closed again.

When installing solenoid valves, this key point should be kept in mind

Before using an electromagnetic valve, it is essential to have a certain understanding of its performance and structure. The solenoid valve is of a stop type, moving left and right, with the top entering and the bottom exiting. When assembling the solenoid valve, the direction of the material flow must be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow symbol on the oil circuit board, one in and one out. The oil circuit board must be installed in a horizontal pipeline with the electromagnetic coil facing down.

2. Before assembling the solenoid valve, the pipeline should be cleared and cleaned first. The substances entering must be cleaned up. Install a filter device in front of the solenoid valve to filter out particulate matter and residues.

3. There should be no backflow pressure behind the solenoid valve, as this can easily cause the solenoid valve to not close tightly. If there is backflow, a check valve should be assembled behind the solenoid valve. Or it can be replaced with a double solenoid valve. The double solenoid valve can withstand both import and export trade. The imported one can be used as an inlet and outlet, and the inlet and outlet can also be used as an imported one.

4. The solenoid valve is not moisture-proof and cannot be directly used outdoors. Otherwise, it is easy to burn out the electromagnetic coil. If outdoor application is required, use moisture-proof solenoid valves or cover the electromagnetic coils with maintenance covers to prevent water seepage and burnout.

Structural features of solenoid valves

The steam solenoid valve is a pilot-operated secondary opening solenoid valve composed of two major components: the auxiliary valve and the main valve.

High-temperature resistance: The electromagnetic induction part and the hydraulic sealing part are made of special heat-resistant electrical materials and rubber sealing parts, and various heat insulation and heat preservation measures are adopted.

Wear-resistant: The material selection is effective. The valve cup and the guiding housing ingeniously utilize the fluid lubrication effect to reduce damage and extend service life.

Condensation resistance: The condensate water in the compressed air pipeline is a key factor determining the position of the steam solenoid valve. Generally, this valve is not affected by condensate water.
