Let's talk about the working purpose of the water solenoid valve
The water solenoid valve can be used with water or liquid as the working medium, and can be mechanically automated or remotely operated to connect pipelines containing water, oil, liquid and other working substances. Because this valve uses gaskets, the cleanliness of the working medium is greatly reduced. It features rapid opening and closing and high safety.
Basic working principle
The water solenoid valve is a pilot-operated solenoid valve with secondary opening. Its structure mainly consists of a pilot valve and a distribution valve. The distribution valve adopts a sealing gasket structure. When in normal position, the core of the main activity seals the pilot valve port, the pressure inside the valve cavity is balanced, and the distribution valve port is closed. When the electromagnetic coil is connected to the power supply, the magnetic field force attracts the core of the main activity. The material in the inner cavity of the distribution valve leaks through the valve port, resulting in a pressure difference. The valve plate or valve cup is quickly lifted, the distribution valve port opens, and the valve becomes a channel. When the electromagnetic coil is powered off, the electromagnetic field fades, the core of the main activity is calibrated, the pilot valve port is closed, and the pressure in the inner cavity of the pilot valve and the distribution valve is balanced, the valve is closed again.
The application characteristics of solenoid valves
The solenoid valve is a fundamental component used to control fluid automation technology and belongs to the actuator. It is not limited to hydraulic presses; it is pneumatic. The solenoid valve is used to control the flow direction of the hydraulic press. In factory production lines, electronic devices are generally controlled by hydraulic cylinders, so solenoid valves are used. The gas solenoid valve is a mechanical device controlled by electromagnetism, which is a basic component used to operate fluid automation technology and belongs to the actuator. The pneumatic solenoid valve is one of them. It is controlled by the movement of the oil circuit board to block or expose different types of oil discharge holes. The oil inlet is open and closed, and the engine oil will enter different types of oil discharge pipes. Then, the oil pressure of the pneumatic solenoid valve is used to promote the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder. This machine movement of the entire solenoid valve is controlled by the working current of the electromagnetic coil that operates the pneumatic solenoid valve.
The electricity consumed by the solenoid valve is to generate magnetism, which promotes the commutation of the power switch. The gas is needed because the solenoid valve operates in the direction of the gas. The gas belongs to the controlled direction object (or chemical substance, liquid). The solenoid valve is an electronic device for controlling the position of the gas, used to drive the protected measure, rather than relying on the magnetism generated by electromagnetic induction to drive the protected measure.
Solenoid valves have a wide range of applications
Electric control valves are energy-saving and have gradually captured the market. In the power flow of valves, they are mostly used to control the movement and total flow of various fluids, such as water, oil, and chemical liquids. The main parameters they rely on include temperature, pressure, and flow rate, etc. The common types of pressure regulating valves in factories include pressure reducing valves, pneumatic thermostatic valves, solenoid valve thermostatic systems, proportional pressure regulating valve thermostatic systems, and ambient temperature pressure regulating valves, among others. When using various automatic valves, multiple factors such as the type of internal combustion engine, standard precision, quality of pressure regulating valves, pressure drop, total flow rate, structure, equipment failure rate, personal credit of the manufacturer and after-sales maintenance service should be taken into consideration in order to achieve a high cost-performance ratio.
