The principle of the fully automatic laminated filter
Operating status
Well water enters the filter module along the broken line from the inlet pipe on the side. The working pressure of the well water in the cavity pushes the diaphragm equipment above the casing and pushes the small chain to expand the pressure disc group. The disc group is clamped to form a high-density filter core. After the suspended solids in the water are blocked by the filter core, the water flows out through the duckbill valve at the core position of the filter core to the outlet at the bottom. Due to the diaphragm's diastolic pressure, the red marking cap at the top of the casing fell into the tank.
Backwashing condition of the disc filter
When the filter module is backwashed, the side water inlet pipe becomes the water outlet, and the diaphragm equipment loses the previous pressure. At this time, the backwash well water enters from the lower water outlet. Due to the function of the duckbill valve, the backwash water only passes through four hoses with nozzles to push open the main shaft of the filter element and the diaphragm equipment, loosening the disc assembly. At the same time, it is sprayed out along the broken line, causing the disc body to rotate. The liquid trapped in the tray was washed out. Because the diaphragm equipment was lifted up, the red marking cap at the top of the casing was pushed out, making it very easy to see and distinguish the internal structure of the filter element from the outside.
During backwashing, the fully automatic intake and exhaust valves at the top will automatically open, allowing gas to enter the chamber body and further enhancing the cleaning effect.
