【Summary】 The fertilizer applicator is mainly used for fertilizing crops. It can greatly improve work efficiency and effectiveness. After years of development, the fertilizer applicator has also been greatly improved. The overall operation is convenient and the size is small, allowing for direct fertilization of the roots. So, how exactly are these types used and distinguished? We need to understand them one by one. Only when we have a clear understanding can we avoid making mistakes during the usage process and causing irreparable losses.

There are two types of water pump fertilizer applicators: submersible pumps and centrifugal pumps. In contrast, centrifugal pump fertilization is more suitable for large-scale fertilization. The present invention mainly utilizes the negative pressure formed inside the suction tube of the centrifugal pump to draw in the fertilizer solution. The advantages are that it does not require external power, has a simple structure, is easy to operate, and does not need fertilizer concentration. The fertilizer solution can be filled into an open container or a fertilizer pool. Under the negative pressure of the water pump, the fertilizer solution is sucked into the water pump inlet pipe by the water pump, mixed with the water in the inlet pipe, and then enters the pipeline system through the outlet.

Insert the other end of the capillary tube into the fertilizer bucket of the fertilizer applicator. Be careful not to insert the capillary tube into the filter to avoid the impeller curling up the capillary tube. First, immerse the capillary submersible pump in water, then draw the capillary into the fertilizer bucket at the edge. Turn on the submersible pump, fill the capillary with water, close the capillary opening with your finger, and quickly inject the capillary into the fertilizer solution. Complete the absorption of fertilizer.

The 2% electrospray artificial fertilization method, also known as the fertilization spray application method, involves using a powered insecticidal sprayer (with a working pressure of 0.8- 1.0 Mpa) or an injection pump to inject the dissolved fertilizer solution into the irrigation pipeline system. The water absorption rate is greater than 3.3l/min. The pipette tip is wrapped in a nylon membrane and passes through a filter (80-120 mesh). The fertilization time is generally about 20 to 30 minutes per mu. This method has high fertilizer efficiency, is simple in approach and convenient to operate. It is suitable for fields or greenhouses in different regions. The drawback is that the fertilizer absorption rate cannot be adjusted by changing the amount of irrigation water. Therefore, when the flow rate in the pipeline network changes, the concentration of fertilizers will change significantly. Install the Venturi fertilizer applicator in parallel with the drip irrigation system or the control valve of the water supply pipe at the entrance of the irrigation area. When in use, close the control valve to create a certain pressure difference before and after control. The valve allows water to flow through the installed Venturi tube for fertilization. The throat of the device uses the vacuum suction force generated by the water flow in the Venturi tube to evenly draw the fertilizer solution from the fertilizer bucket leading to the pipeline system for fertilization. Venturi fertilizer applicators feature low cost, ease of use, stable concentration reduction, and no need for external power supply, but with reduced pressure loss. Under normal circumstances, when the irrigated area of the unit is 1 to 5 mu in our city, 1 to 3 greenhouses are connected to the front part of the Venturi fertilizer applicator, and the labor-saving effect is very obvious.

If consumers want to purchase this type of product, remember to shop around. This is an information age. People no longer need to run around the market exhausting themselves. They can directly search for relevant manufacturers on the Internet.
