The fully automatic stainless steel self-cleaning filter is composed of main components such as the motor, electrical control box, control pipeline (including control valve and differential pressure transmitter), main pipe assembly, filter element assembly, stainless steel rotor brush, frame assembly, transmission shaft, and inlet and outlet connection flanges.
The electrical control box and control pipelines form the control part of the filter, which is used to achieve the automatic cleaning and drainage process.
The water to be treated enters the body through the inlet. Impurities in the water deposit on the stainless steel filter screen, thereby creating a pressure difference. The pressure difference at the inlet and outlet is monitored through the differential pressure switch. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electronic controller sends signals to the hydraulic control valve and the drive motor, triggering the following actions: The motor drives the brush to rotate, cleaning the filter element. At the same time, the control valve opens for drainage. The entire cleaning process only lasts for tens of seconds. When the cleaning is completed, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, and the system returns to its initial state, starting the next filtration process. After the equipment is installed, technicians will debug it, set the filtration time and cleaning conversion time.
