A drip irrigation system is a precise installation of irrigation machinery, with many components made of plastic. Therefore, during the operation process, one must be very careful and must not twist each knob and switch forcefully. When opening each container, be sure to remember the positions of some small parts and avoid losing them so that you can reinstall them according to the sample. For the filter section, before the initial irrigation of the medium filter begins, fill the tank with water and place 1 bag of chlorine balls in it. After 30 minutes, backwash once each according to the normal usage method. This backwash can pre-stir the medium to loosen the particles and expand the contact surface. After that, thoroughly clean all components of the filter and tighten all screws.

Check whether the components of the fertilizer tank or the fertilizer injection pump and their connection with the system are correct. Clean the accumulated dirt in the tank to prevent it from entering the pipeline system. Inspect all the end vertical pipes to see if there is any damage or loss of plugs. If so, repair and replenish them in time. Inspect all valves, pressure regulators and their connecting microtubes. If any damage is found, repair it in time. Close the drain bottom valves on the main and branch pipelines.

The entire system is subjected to high-pressure cleaning. The end plugs of each branch pipe and main pipe are opened in sequence according to the rotation irrigation group. The water pump is started and high-pressure flushing is carried out one by one to strive to clean the dirt inside the pipes thoroughly. Then, the plugs are reinstalled. After the high-pressure cleaning of the pipeline is completed, the filtration system thoroughly cleans the filter and then discharges clean water. If the filter is a disc filter with a sand and gravel separator, first clean each disc group thoroughly, then dry the sealing ring inside the plastic shell with a dry cloth and put it back. Then, open the plug at one end of the sand collection chamber to discharge the accumulated substances in the chamber and drain the water. Then place the selection button under the filter pressure gauge in the exhaust position.
